The dock, at the Lombardkade 47, right in the city center of Rotterdam. Around the corner of the big market of the Meent. From this dock you always sail over the Rotte via one of Rotterdams last remaining canals.
During your trip you will pass the aestheticly pleasing Noorderbrug (Northern bridge) inbetween the Noordplein and the oldest Heineken Brewery, a little further is brewery Noordt which is located along the beautiful Zaagmolenkade. When you are on the Rotte you can sail to the Rotte's lakes (2 to 6 hours) or to the lake of Kralingen (2,5 uur)

The Rotte is known as the namegiver for the city, the centuries old waterway was used for transporting goods from - and to the city so it could be transported via the port of Rotterdam to other parts of the world. from our dock you sail to the north, you can choose to sail to the lake of Kralingen (2,5 hours) the lake of Hillegersberg (4 hours) or the lakes of the Rotte (6 hours).
During your journey you will pass several highlights, for instance you sail past the oldest merchants house of the city, that survived the bombardments of world war II. You sail past the first Heineken Factory and past the gates of the old castle of Crooswijk, that nowadays is a beautiful cemetary. Are you sailing past the ring of the city? Then you cannot miss Tim's Lemonade factory, here they used to produce 7-up.
Not even 100 meters from where the real Heineken beer was made is now Rotterdams youngest and most known brewery. Right in front of it, just before the Zaagmolen bridge, there is a jetty you can dock the boat. If you walk in to the brewery you can see the brewery installations immediately, in front of those is the draftroom where you can enjoy tasteful and authentic beers. The beers are very easy going without them having a blend taste.
For during your journey Brewery Noordt offers a Beerbox, the Beerbox costs €35,- and is suited for 2 - 4 people. During your reservation from our location in the city center you are given the option to order your Beerbox, you can pick it up yourself during your journey at the brewery. Do you want to not taste their beers but fully discover the brewery? We reccomend to combine your journey with paying a visit to their terrace where you can taste all their beers while having a view of the draftroom and their Brewery. Do you want to hear the story of the brewery by the master-brewer himself? Make a reservation for a guided tour at the brewery itself!
The Beerbox of Brewery Noordt is suited for 2 to 4 people and costs €35,- the box consists of: 4 bottles Noordtsingel beer, 4 bottles Blonde beer, 1 bottle of apple juice (0,75L), 1 bag of crisps, 2 cans of nuts and the one and only Noordt bottle opener.
You find our dock at the river Rotte in the general area of the Meent at the Binnenrotte. The dock is at the other side of the Lombardkade 46 in the river Rotte in the city center
Before you start your journey get one of the nicest sandwiches of the city so you won't get hungry along the way. You can also have a platter of charcuterie, other ingredients and buns to make sandwiches to your own liking.
Something to drink with it? No worries, you can get that here as well. More in the mood for a beer or a glass of wine? Those you can get at the COOP supermarket around the corner.
